I love the title - 'Bikini bottom'😅

I never payed attention to SpongeBob SquarePants because I considered it, Chaotic - before you count 1 to 10, they've scattered everywhere.😩

Instead I watched more of Disney Junior's cartoons - Sofia the first, Miles from tomorrow, PJ masks and the likes.

This is one reason I love cartoons, and I'll keep watching them, regardless of my age.

You made a good point of this - There's a lesson in everything.

The enthusiastic nature of SpongeBob is a trait I thrive to emulate. God help me.

Thank you for this helpful and humourous newsletter.

Please, by all means, write more. And don't keep it to yourself, for too long.

Ahh, this is so true, and eye opening to some things I missed in the cartoon. Sponge bob was peak ngl, funny how in retrospect, a lot of cartoons we derived simple joy from, carried a deeper meaning.

Fine I’ll talk about Patrick. He’s dumb. Lives under a rock yes, but he’s never really been a loyal friend. I feel like if he was smarter he’d be a bad person.

Sandy is too nice. I’d suffocate

How is anyone ever that nice, Jesus

I know she’s a squirrel but I find her tail creepy for some reason

Mr Crabbs the most greedy, money hungry employer you’d ever come across. The next time I write about greed, he’d make a grand entry.

If greed was a person, it’d be Mr Crabbs.

The only thing that matters to him is money. He rates it over his wife and kid. Fgs bro.

Okay I’m tired. Bye again.

I remember watching some sort of documentary about this show.

I remember being so sad when the show’s original creator died, and when one of SpongeBob’s voice actors died.

At one point in my life, I found squidward completely relatable. Glad I moved on from that dark phase.

But on some days still, I tend to have that melancholic outlook to everything and everyone around me.

I love SpongeBob but I’m a pessimist and I hate to see his hopes dashed and people take advantage of him time and time again. I’m glad he’d always have Gary his pet snail who meows for some reason.

I want to talk about other characters but I’m hungry so I’ll stop here bye

This was a fun read. I honestly get Squidward these days. His neighbours can be a lot. Also Patrick doesn't deserve Spongebob. Guy can be selfish sometimes too.

Exactly, Patrick is just too dumb to be an actual bad person. I feel like if he was smarter, he’d have questionable character .

He just doesn’t know enough to fully exhibit those selfish and evil traits. The fact that even with the little he knows, he occasionally screws SpongeBob over, just proves the point.

Maturing is realizing that these characters had so much depth and they taught us a lot. Damn, I miss those times 😞. Great piece tho.
