I attended a TED event, wrote an article for a magazine, and slacked in like 50% of my online courses last year.
Then I got a TOP PERFORMER award in one of those courses. And also finished a copywriting course in a day.
My favourite stacks here would be the ones about uni girls, maybe because it actually happened, or it's relatable, or it's interesting to know how other people are farung in that department... But I like the series. To part #3! 🥂
My favorite writings of yours this year are actually two—one fiction and one non-fiction. For the non-fiction, We Are Overstimulated made me realize how much time I’ve been spending online and how I need to cut back. As for the fiction piece, My Shola, My Love, it utterly shocked me. I wasn’t expecting the twist at the end, and it just shows how amazing of a writer you are 👏 I can’t wait to see what 2025 brings with your writing!🤩
first time coming across your writing & believe me i’m not a commenting type but i really had to comment because this made sense and i love nothing more than reading someone’s year in review !!!!
I enjoyed all the releases on the girls you loved in uni. I laughed so hard at all the memes. I also enjoyed the one about that obanje girl in the beach that dude met and nobody else saw her. I still wonder it she was a mami water or he was schizophrenic. Anyways, I enjoyed your work this year, Ebun.
Hii Ebun, Just stumbled across your writing for the first time on here and I love it! I’m here to stay🥰
Glad to have you here Aisha🫶❤️
Looks like you had a good year. 🔥

👏👏 great year for you too.
Thank you❤️
Part 3 o, amen.
Why am I just realising you're not a girl?!
I mean, I'm Yoruba, I kinda know Ebun can be unisex, but then😅
Thought my profile picture already made that clear 😂
Yea, I didn't check your profile.
I'm realising I rarely do that here on substack, I just focus on the writer's beautiful words and nothing more😌😅
You write beautifully btw!
I respect that sha. Quality writing over everything.
Thank you🙏
You had a great 2024
Eshey
You guys make a to-do list at the beginning of the year? God help me😭
I need to do better 😂
That was last year😂 I wrote down a lot of random stuff.
This year, my “list” is much smaller and much focused.
Taking each day as it comes.
Off to go make my list, toodles!😂
Enjoy 😂
Congratulations Ebun!❤️
Thank you🙏
I graduated from Uni this year, I survived that school
by the way, you write so well Ebun.
Thank you❤️
I enjoyed reading this. You wrapped 2024 up well.
Thank you for sharing. I can't wait for more of your newsletters in 2025.❤️🔥
Thank you!!
(Why do I feel like the only Ghanaian here?)
Still, relatable. Cheers to 2024 and new beginnings amongst other stuff.🥂
Really glad to have come across you. Let's be friends forever🤣🫶🏽
Nice to meet you too, Jemima! 😂😂
I wrote my last exam as an undergraduate, however I haven't done my project defense, so I won't call my self a graduate yet.
I volunteered for the first time as a content writer.
I learned to find my sufficiency in Christ; this changed a lot about me.
I started writing on Substack.
I didn't give love a chance this year, maybe 2 years from now I will😂😂.
I slacked in my online classes, and finally I lost a beloved cousin earlier this year.
Great year too
Congratulations on finishing school and sorry about your cousin🫶
You started Substack 4 months ago?? Now I am typing this comment and asking "God, am I spoon?"😂😂😂
😂😂
Oh, I enjoyed reading this! I might share mine too.
I graduated last year from the University of Ibadan so I know how you feel when you said "Never again" 😭😅.
You should!
